Business South 2009 is coming to St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton on 4 & 5 March 2009. The South’s premier business to business event returns for its fourth year, following the great success of Business South 2008, which hosted 118 exhibiting businesses from Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Brokenhurst and attracted 2038 visitors. Business services and products range from businesses courses and training, business start up advice, internet solutions, printing, stationery, office furniture, company finance, advertising, etc.

There are free business seminars and workshops at the exhibition.

Rose Road Charity

The Rose Road are the nominated charity for 2009 and this year and the organiser, JobServe Events, is running an exciting competition for all exhibitors with an opportunity to buy a “golden ticket.” The ticket costs £100 with all the proceeds going to The Rose Road Charity. The prize is a free stand at Business South 2010! This is the first time the competition has been run and provides an exciting opportunity for both the exhibitors who can get involved with this brilliant charity with minimal effort and for The Rose Road, who will benefit from the proceeds.

The Meet the Buyer feature returns this year as one of the most powerful and busiest features of the event. Sourcing new contracts is time consuming & we know how precious your time is. Business South is offering you exclusive fifteen minute appointments with important and well known buyers from across the region. All of our buyers are looking for your business & knowledge and the range of services these influential buyers are looking for is varied. Should I go to Business South 2009?

Having been to previous Business South Shows as visitors, we would definitely recommend going! It is a fantastic opportunity to generate leads, meet other businesses and also find out the trends in the industry and also know a little bit more about your competition. It is worth going for the seminars and workshops alone!

Parking for Business South 2009

A dedicated Park and Ride scheme will be running regularly throughout the event from Dock Gate 4 QEII Terminal. However, disabled parking is available at the venue itself.

Please park in the QEII short stay car park and then the coach area, there will be a traffic marshal onsite to direct you.

First bus at Dock Gate 4 at 8am both days, final bus from Southampton Football at 8pm on Wednesday and 5.30pm on Thursday.

The bus will pick up from the QEII overflow coach area at Dock Gate 4 and drop off outside the Football club.

There are a few car parks within walking distance to the venue in Souhtampton. A map of car parks in Southampton is available for viewing or printing.
